For Design Teams & Beyond
The team-building jewelry workshop is perfect for design teams at agencies and studios, as well as small and large teams from any field, seeking to strengthen their bonds. Whether you want to boost creative skills, motivate your team, or refresh your work routine, our workshop serves as a gateway to creativity.
Where Theory Meets Practice
The workshop consists of 15% theoretical input combined with 85% hands-on work. Attendees will design their dream ring, transfer their design to wax, and learn to carve, file, and finish a wax model using techniques taught during the session. The price also includes all tools and materials.
Receiving the Finished Pieces
By the end of the workshop, participants will have created a wax master that will be sent to a local caster for casting in sterling silver. Josefina will hand-finish each jewelry piece according to individual specifications. The rings will be shipped to your company three weeks after the workshop, beautifully packaged in eco-friendly recycled boxes with the name of the maker.
