I ship worldwide from Berlin, Germany. If you are in Berlin, you can choose to pick up your order by clicking the “In-Store Pick-up” option at checkout. For the shipping costs, the following terms and conditions apply: 

WITHIN GERMANY

UPS - 5,90 EUR


Eu, SWITZERLAND

UPS - 13,90 EUR


UK

UPS - 22,00 EUR


REST OF THE WORLD

DHL - 24 EUR

Specific taxes and import duties for delivery to a non-EU country must be declared and paid to the relevant authorities of the importing country by the purchaser of the goods.

How long will delivery take?

Each piece is made-to-order and shipped straight from my workshop to you. Production time varies from 3 to 21 days depending on the piece. Please read the product’s description to find out how long it will take me to create your jewelry piece. I use DPD or UPS service so you can track the progress of your delivery. Once you place your order, you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation at your email account. If you are in a rush to get your item or need it for a specific date or occasion, please drop me an email at info@joseanglada.com, and I will do my best to help!

Returns

I always wish for my customers to be satisfied with their purchases! However, if for some reason you wish to give back or exchange an item, I accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Please note that any product you return must be unworn and in its original packaging.

I WILL COVER THE COST OF RETURN AND RE-SHIPPING:

  • If your order is defective or damaged.

  • If we shipped the wrong item. 

I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN AND RE-SHIPPING:

  • If you seek to give back or exchange an item for reasons other than damage as described above.

  • If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.

Please contact me at info@joseanglada.com with your order number and tell me the reason why you want to return your item. I will let you know the address to send your return to. Once I receive your return, I will issue you a refund via your previous payment method.

My products are made to last and with great dedication to quality. If for some reason your item arrives damaged or with a fault, please get in touch with me at info@joseanglada.com.
