How can I purchase jewelry?

You can purchase my handmade jewelry directly through the website or visit the showroom in Berlin for a more personal experience. Visits are by appointment only—just get in touch to arrange a time.

What shipping options do you offer?

I ship with DPD or UPS, and all orders include tracking so you can follow your delivery. If you’re in a hurry and need express shipping, just get in touch and I’ll be happy to arrange it. If you're based in Berlin, you can also choose the “In-Store Pick-up” option at checkout to collect your order in person.

I need a piece for a birthday next week. Can it be ready in time?

If you need your order by a specific date, just send me an email. I’ll do my best to make it happen.

Do I have to pay duties or taxes to receive my jewelry?

That depends on your country’s import regulations. Any duties or taxes charged upon delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Is it possible to order one of your jewelry pieces with a special variation?

Yes! If you'd like a variation on an existing piece, just get in touch via email and we can discuss your idea.

How is your jewelry made?

Every piece is handcrafted by me in my Berlin studio. I create everything to order to reduce waste and support more sustainable production.

What materials do you use?

I primarily work with sterling silver and occasionally offer pieces in solid gold or gold vermeil. If you have a specific material or finish in mind, feel free to reach out.

Do you offer custom or bespoke pieces?

Yes, I love working on custom commissions. Whether it’s a unique ring, a special gift, or a redesign of an heirloom piece, just send me an email or use the contact form to start the conversation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide from Berlin. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

What if my ring doesn’t fit?

Please refer to the Help Page for detailed instructions on how to measure your ring size before placing your order. If the ring doesn’t fit quite right, I offer resizing services for a small fee. Just get in touch and we’ll find the best solution.
