  • I completely understand the sentimental value of heirloom gold and how meaningful it can be to see it transformed into a new piece. That’s why it is possible to recycle your gold for a bespoke commission. Your piece will be cast separately to keep your material entirely dedicated to your jewelry, and the casting company applies a recycling fee for this special process.

  • In some cases, yes. I'm happy to take a look and let you know if your gemstone is suitable for the design and production process. Please note that I can't take responsibility for stones supplied by clients, especially if they're fragile or irreplaceable.

  • Typically, it takes 4 to 6 weeks from the moment we agree on the design. If you have a specific deadline (like a wedding or special occasion), let me know early and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.

  • Yes, engraving is possible and can add a very personal touch to your piece. We can discuss options for style and placement during the design phase.

  • Absolutely! I regularly work with clients remotely. We can connect via email or video call, and I’ll guide you through every step—from initial idea to finished piece—wherever you are.
